SIZING & FIT
How do your sizes run? Our regular fit tees are true to size. Oversized styles are cut 1–2 sizes larger — if you want a fitted look, size down. When in doubt, check the size chart on each product page.
Do you have a size guide? Yes — every product page has a detailed size chart with chest width and length measurements. If you're between sizes, we always recommend going up.
What sizes do you offer? We stock XS through 3XL across most designs. Limited drop pieces may have restricted sizing — check the individual product for availability.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
When will my order ship? All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of placement, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
How long does delivery take? Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days across India. Express delivery options are available at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes — free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, they move into fulfilment and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately at hello@vinsonz.com if you need to make a change.
Do you ship internationally? Not yet — we currently ship within India only. International shipping is coming soon.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy? We offer free size exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached.
How do I initiate an exchange? Email us at hello@vinsonz.com with your order number and the size you need. We'll sort it out within 24 hours.
Do you offer refunds? We offer refunds in cases of damaged or incorrect items. For size issues, we process exchanges. Reach out to us and we'll make it right.
PRINT & PRODUCT QUALITY
Will the print fade after washing? Our prints are done using high-quality DTG or screen printing techniques. To maximise longevity — wash inside out in cold water, do not tumble dry, and iron on the reverse side only.
What fabric do you use? 100% ring-spun cotton, 180 GSM. Pre-shrunk, so what you order is what you get after washing.
Are your designs exclusive? Yes. Every Vinsonz graphic is original and exclusive to us. You won't find these anywhere else.

What does Vinsonz mean? Vinsonz is named after Vinson Massif — the highest peak in Antarctica. It stands alone, above everything. That's the standard we hold ourselves to.
Where are you based? We're an Indian brand, shipping across the country.
How do I stay updated on new drops? Follow us on Instagram and subscribe to our email list — new drops get announced there first.
